Q. The most important lesson you've learned? A. Don't stir the pot. Most of life's problems work themselves out if given a little time for consideration. It's amazing how much different a problem can seem after a few days have passed. Q. One thing people would never imagine you'd do? A. Skydiving. (Every day if I could) Q. Your strongest attribute? A. Curiosity. It's the basis for all personal growth. Curiosity is what makes me strive to be a better clinician. I always want to know if there's a better way. Q. Greatest accomplishment? A. Insisting that my children learned to play the piano. It is a gift for a lifetime, like knowing how to ride a bike. They now play well enough that they will be able to pass it on to their children.
